Tony is my first customer when we start the foreign trade business in 2015, he is an end-user of ink jet printer. He bought 1 pcs WLD-180P at May of 2015, then bought plus 5sets after 2 months and recommend our company to his local agent at August of 2015.
I have never thought he will buy more 5sets for his new production line in 2016. Like I had not awaked the importance of timely communication at that time.

In 8th August of 2016, we received Tony's new order and payment, he want us to catch the shipment at 17th of August. We must deliver the machines to Shanghai appointed warehouse before 12th of August, Normally delivery time is 3-7days after payment, cause all machines should be tested again and packed well before delivery. It is difficult to catch the shipment on time. But I want to try my best, so I stress factory deliver the machine at 10th of August, unfortunately we had not catch this shipment. When we know that if we find the nearest vessel, it will increasing USD200 freight cost at my customer's side. Tony are angry because I did not keep my words. I was breakdown. After reporting this case to company, my chief manager told me that we should bear this losses because of my negligence. |

What made it more unexpected, Tony forgive me and no need us to pay for the losses. He said: A company that fulfill its responsibilities to his customer usually make more sense of security to us. I am happy to work with you and your company. Now we are more like friend than business relationship, this year Tony come to visit us for more projects and bring gifts to my children. |
